A Lifestyle Parade
After years of design, planning and construction, we are excited to finally be participating in the 2015 Parade of Homes!
The Parade of Homes is a great opportunity to see new homes in various neighborhoods throughout the community. It also is a good chance to see places you’ve never explored before. As people take to the tour and see new places and venture their way to Ty Bach in William Square, we encourage the adventure seekers to check out some other places downtown if time and curiosity permits.
In addition to our featured home, TY Bach in William Square, we’d like to share a few of the unique lifestyles features that exist outside the walls of our one of a kind brownstone. On of the great benefits of living in a walkable area is the number of things to see and do right outside one’s doorstep. During the upcoming tour, we’ve listed 5 things one should visit and experience in downtown Daytona during the tour of Ty Bach to give some insight into the life style that comes along with our unique creation.
Idea #1: Coffee at Sweet Marlays
Sweet Marlays is a great stop if you are short on time. Stop in, grab a coffee or treat and sit out on Beach Street for a quick breather.
Idea #2: Buy a Gift at Yours Truly
In the market for a gift? Head next door to Sweet Marlays to 212 Beach Street and get a gift or gift package for a friend or loved one. It’s a great spot just to peruse for one of kind gifts.
Idea #3: Riverfront Festival of the Arts on Saturday March 21
If you make the tour on March 21, make sure to set aside some time to visit some of the art events happening along Beach Street and in Riverfront Park throughout the day. The event is from 10am to 7pm.
Idea#4: Stroll around the Rose Garden
If you are looking for some landscaping ideas, stroll through the downtown rose garden located at the corner of Beach and Orange Ave. You will see some interesting vegetation as well as some pieces from Daytona Beach’s past.
Idea #5: Movie at Cinematique
For those with a little more time check out one of the movies at Cinematique. It’s our great little downtown independent movie theater that also serves food and drinks. Movies and times can be found at cinematique.org.
Downtown living is truly a unique lifestyle so if you have more time after exploring the great homes we are building at William Square; check out our incredible neighbors on the block.
