When O.L. Jack White moved his family to Daytona Beach in 1954 from Lexington, Kentucky after selling his family of flour mills, he saw an opportunity to make a change in a community that was ripe for growth. Hotels were needed to house vacationers from around the world who wanted to walk the white sands of “the world’s most famous beach.” His ideals were simple: start with a vision and finish with sticking to your word.
Today, we still follow those ideals. Our collection of companies spans the urban real estate spectrum from the construction and sales of infill residential developments to the rehabilitation and leasing of historic commercial buildings.
The My Downtown Revival blog is meant to take a more in depth look into what makes our business so unique from the psychology of redeveloping an area to the creative flair and care that we take in making our boutique spaces shine.
